Dotsie's brother, Clyde (adopted) can also be seen on our website.
Description:
Meet Dotsie! She’s FULL of energy, a spunky, active little girl who was rescued from a breeding situation in the Rio Grande Valley. Dotsie is a beautiful red mini female who runs the older pups in her foster home all around, getting along with all dogs. She is sweet but requires a lot of attention. She is working on leash training as well as her manners since she wants a lot of attention and gets excited trying to demand it. Sadly, she's evidently been hit by someone in her past instead of being worked with and she cowers when she’s corrected. She plays with the cat and at times can be a little rough if she’s not watched. She’s smart and has learned to use the ramps for the couch and bed in her foster home without a treat being used. She’s not food aggressive and you can put your hand near her food bowl and she doesn't growl. She loves to spend time outside with her toys and she likes protecting the yard from birds, chasing them out of the yard at every opportunity. She loves kids and will follow them everywhere. A cuter girl you'd never want to meet, Dotsie truly needs to go to a home with a fenced yard.
Please help this little beauty find the home of her dreams this summer! Could this be yours? If so, please fill out an adoption application for her to consider!
