Howdy! This is Mallie. She is a 4 year old black and tan dachshund who found herself without a home after her precious owner passed away. 

A little about Mallie:

- she is potty trained and will pick up on where to go pretty easily.

- she is crate trained -- she will go to her crate when asked and knows when it's time for her to go to her crate. 

- she is fine with gentle, respectful kids and strangers. She is nervous at first but shows no signs of aggression and will warm up quickly.

- she is great with dogs of all shapes and sizes.

- she is a 'velcro dog' who wants to be wherever you are.

- she loves to play with toys.
 
Mallie is a healthy, happy girl who just wants a human to love and vice versa. She would be a wonderful family dog.
