Jewel is a sweet and small standard dachshund mix. She is good with other dogs, and a bit shy at first but when she trusts she is great with people! Jewel came to rescue as a stray when a kind family took her in and cared for her until ATDR could take her in. She is now ready for her forever home. Jewel is doing well with her house training, uses the doggie door and is learning to walk on a leash. Jewel would be best with school aged children and no cats please, she is a bit of a hunter!!!
