Jenna was rescued in a rural area where she was found injured with two large breed puppies. She was rescued by a good samaritan who couldn't leave her on the street with two babies. She was injured by another dog as she has multiple bite marks and scars on her head. In addition Jenna had a significant pelvic fracture and was not able to get around too well at that time. The pups have been rehomed by another group as they were not dachshunds and looked to be large breed pups.
Jenna is great with people and other dogs. She loves snuggling in the comfortable chair with her foster mom and foster siblings. She’s a good laid back well minded girl who causes no problems for anyone. She’s also fully house trained. She’ll make a wonderful loving pet and companion for the lucky home who gets to adopt her. She's doing great, completely healed and happy an is ready for her next big adventure...she hopes that it includes a home to call her own! Please consider this sweet, affectionate and loving girl!
