Mercy

As with life, dog rescue is a delicate balance between good and evil, dark and light, joy and dispair.  But sometimes good, light, and joy win, as is the case with little Mercy.  This tiny, helpless girl was abandoned in a rural area with very little chance of being found.  After spending untold days and nights alone, fending for herself, Mercy was found by a kind lady named Bonnie.  When she was rescued, Mercy was skin and bones with sores all over her body.  Bonnie contacted ATDR and we made arrangements to get her the medical care and TLC she so desparately needed.  Tiny Mercy has a long and hard journey ahead of her to regain her health, but for once, the scales of good and evil tipped toward good for Mercy and dog rescue.  We hope that you will be able to help us help Mercy along her healing journey with whatever donation you can spare, so that the fight against evil, dark and dispair can be better fought.  We thank you for any donation you can make, no matter how small.

Update: August 9, 2010 - Mercy is being treated for her skin issues and is getting better and stronger everyday!  The vet who's treating her is totally enamored of her and is even interested in possibly adopting her!  Happy "beginning" for Mercy and new photos coming soon!
