Description:
This is Duke. He is up to date on shots, heartworm negative, recently had his teeth cleaned. Duke is a very sweet little man loves people and dogs his size. Seems OK with the kitties he resides with but is determined to get the stray cat
that lives under the shed. He loves to cuddle up with you and watch TV and loves to ride in the car and go for walks. He does need work on his potty training. He is not happy about being in a crate but will settle down after a while. Duke was found wandering the streets of Midland and after good food he now has a shiny coat and a little meat on his bones.

Duke has settled in to his new foster home and is getting along famously with all the other residents. He is a very loving fellow, snuggly and sweet. He is just stunningly beautiful--he has a sleek, glossy black and tan coat so he is quite a looker!

Duke has successfully graduated from crate training--he happily has his meals in his little house and sleeps in his crate when he isn't treated with a night in the big bed. He is a very calm, loving guy who be great as an only dog or with a canine companion. He will bark at the doorbell--what doxie worth his salt won't-- but otherwise he is a pretty quiet housemate.
