Smokey Joe is just a little sweetie who wags his tail a LOT, knows the bedtime ritual, and goes outdoors without a problem to potty.  He is a tiny little doll…when he trots, he has the cutest little wiggle and is as happy as can be!

His foster mom says it’s going to be hard to let him go, but if he has the opportunity to be in a house with other TINY dogs or to be a sole fur baby who would receive an abundance of love he deserves, that would be wonderful for him.
