Description:
Squirt is a sweet little fella who came to us in very bad shape. He was very skinny due to starvation. His little bones were protruding all over his little body. He had a lot of hair loss, which comes with the starvation. He also has scarring around his neck, where his collar was way to tight and it grew into his skin. Amazingly, as much as he has gone through, he remains very sweet and loving. He is still a bit hand shy but is getting better.

Squirt is approx 3 years old. He weighs about 9 pounds. He is up to date on all shots, heartworm negative, is on preventative and is micro chipped. He is very prey driven and would definetly need a secure fenced yard. He loves to chase squirrels. When he is not chasing critters, he loves snuggling or sitting beside you. He also loves sleeping in the big bed, but will sleep in his dog bed with no complaints. He often moves from the dog bed to the hard floor, as of course he lived his entire life outdoors. With just a little encouragement, he either jumps in my lap, or moves back onto the soft dog bed.
