Brutus is a small mini male that will steal your heart! He is a tough looking little guy - strong and stout with just the right amount of muscle! He loves to play with toys and can usually be found running around with a stuffed seal or rope toy in his mouth! Brutus is very vocal - not a barker but a talker! He grunts and makes little noises which make you think he is telling you what he wants you to do - or what he needs from you! Brutus is a digger so it is best to spend quality time with him in the yard - and make sure that he isn't bored! Brutus is housetrained and uses the doggie door! He is a happy little guy and he loves to snuggle. Brutus is good with other dogs and kids and prefers a home w/o cats!  Brutus has a hearing issue and doesn't hear as well as other dogs!  He does hear high pitches and some loud sounds but for the most part doesn't hear everyday things!  Brutus has been working with a trainer and she taught him to sit and come in about five minutes with hand signals!  Brutie is a very smart boy!  We feel that with the right home there is no stopping this little one!  He is happy and doesn't let his lack of hearing stop him!   Please consider Brutus for a special place to call home!
