Say hello to Spike! He’s a tiny little 10-pound Chiweenie with a really huge heart! His foster Mom tells us that his favorite pastime is snuggling in her lap. He’s a very fun-loving boy who gets along great with everybody: big people, little people, dogs and cats alike! He’s crate trained and is working hard on learning to do all his “business” outside. Even though he hardly barks, Spike is a high-energy and playful pup. Because he needs a completely engaged fur-ever family, he would do ok as an only dog, but would do best in a home with adopters who can keep up with him by providing frequent active playtimes. Having another active and playful doggy buddy would work very well too. He's a precious boy who will fill your days and nights with smiles and laughter!
