Poor little Manny’s family moved away and left him behind in the house they had rented. Thankfully, the landlord found him and contacted ATDR. What kind of people could do something like this? ATDR jumped at the chance to help this neglected little guy who appeared to have never been vetted, nor neutered and left outside in the yard to fend for himself far too much. Even having been mistreated like this, Manny is extremely gentle and sweet. He loves being snuggled and loved on, something he’s probably been deprived of in his earlier life. When ATDR dropped him at the vet to bring his health up to speed, he literally wrapped his little paws around the volunteer’s arm holding on tight as if to say, “Please don’t leave me….” Manny will never be abandoned again…after his dental, he was picked up and delivered to a loving foster home where he has a comfortable little bed and warm blankets of his own and plenty of good food to eat served by a kind lady who sees to all his needs.

Manny is so deserving of the good life! He’s dreaming of a loving forever home with a kind person or family who will love, cherish and care for him and never mistreat him or leave him homeless again. In return, he will be the most devoted little friend you could ever hope for.
