Say Guten Tag to Klaus! This handsome standard boy is settling into his new ATDR foster home where his foster mom reports he seems like a pretty mellow guy, is very sweet, but shy initially with new people. Klaus was surrendered by his owner because he didn’t realize that the kitty cats in the house were not meant for dinner! He’s fine with other dogs, but he has a high prey drive sooo not cool with kitty cats or small animals! Klaus appears to be house trained and is cool with free-roaming in the kitchen area of his foster home. Stay tuned as Klaus shares more of his personality to report here.

Sadly, Klaus has tested positive for heartworms so won’t be ready to go for about three months. In the meantime, he’s dreaming of a loving forever home where he won’t be punished for what he selects on the food menu!
