Poor little Butters has not had an easy life. She was thrown out of the window of a car and the truck behind it ran over her! Thankfully, a kind lady in the car behind scooped her up and rushed her to the vet. She had a broken pelvis and was very frightened of everyone. The vet fixed her pelvis and her two cherry eyes, spayed her and then called one of ATDR’s volunteers to see if we could take her! Of course our hearts went out to tiny Butters and we said yes! 

Butters is all healed up and ready for a new happy life now. She’s good with people and ok with calm older children. She’s good with smaller dogs, frightened of bigger ones, and fine with kitty cats.
