Description:

Meet Little Bit! She was a stray in a neighborhood where a nice lady lived and picked her up. After searching for a responsible owner, it was found that Little Bit had had a difficult life and she became a member of this kind lady’s family! Sadly, living with three small children and the accompanying noise was difficult on Little Bit, making her nervous and uneasy all the time. This precious girl never tried to bite and would only give a little growl to warn the children when they’d overstep her comfort zone, but the kind lady soon realized that Little Bit would be happier in a home with only adults and perhaps older calm children and contacted ATDR. This girl deserves to have a forever home where she’s happy…

Little Bit is a very sweet little dog who is housetrained and good with other dogs, even bigger ones. She would make a very nice addition to a reasonably calm home where she’s loved and respected. That’s certainly not too much for a little pup to ask!

Sadly, Little Bit has tested positive for heart worms, is facing treatment and won’t be ready to go for two-three months; however, she’ll be reviewing adoption applications while she’s recovering. So, if you’re looking for a best friend and companion to share life with, please submit an application for Little Bit. She’s dreaming of that forever home with a person or family she can call her very own!
