Boomer is a gentle 2 yr old wild boar colored wire haired dachshund, weighing in at about 14 lbs. Boomer came from a back yard breeder and is just now starting to warm up to people and not be afraid of his shadow. He is a sweet and loving little guy who sat still for two hours while we combed and cut the mats out of his hair! Boomer still has his soft puppy coat and loves to be cuddled and wants lots of attention! He is learning the doggie door and some housetraining, but is well on his way to finally being an inside dog!!! Boomer is enjoying his newly found freedom and loves playing with his foster brothers and sisters!
