Description:
Oakley was pulled as a stray from the Abilene shelter and his volunteer and transporter agreed to keep him overnight and get him to an ATDR vet the following day.  It was apparently love at first sight and Oakley remained with them as the first ATDR Foster failure of 2021.  Yay!  Welcome home Oakley.
