Description:
Ellie is an adorable year and a half standard black and tan female. Ellie has seizures and has been tested for multiple disorders, even a liver shunt, but nothing seems to be the central cause of her seizures. We are medicating her and she seems to be doing well on the Kepra and the vets are calling it epilepsy, or seizure disorder. She appears to have a normal happy life as long as she stays on her medication. Ellie is so sweet and good about taking her meds. She is a happy puppy and doesn't know that she isn't normal in every way. There is a possibility she will grow out of it - as she hasn't had a seizure in over a year. Please keep good thoughts for our girl and know that she is in good hands in her foster home!
