Meet Charlie! This beautiful tiny girl was surrendered to ATDR because her parents felt their schedules prevented them from spending the time with her she needs and deserves. She is precious beyond words, but busy, busy, busy like any little puppy! Being a youngster, she needs attention and gentle guidance in order to help her grow into the good canine citizen she can become. She loves all people, big and little, and other pups. She needs a forever home with someone who can keep up with her and either works from home or is there a lot so she doesn't have to be crated most of the time. A yard and a younger doggy friend willing to spend energy with her would be a big plus.
