Smiley is one handsome and happy boy!  Just look at those pearly whites!  Stay tuned for more information on Smiley - he is fully vetted and ready to go!  Someone didn't want to deal with all of his tangles and mats so they shaved his beautiful long hair.  We think Smiley will be one beautiful longhaired chocolate boy in no time!
