Hi, everyone, my name is Rusty.   I was wandering around all alone for a long time until two nice ladies picked me up and brought me home with them.  They were so good to me while they were trying to find my family.  They even took me to their doctor since I wasn't feeling well.  My family never came back to get me, so they wrote the nice rescue lady at ATDR and I was taken into rescue the next day.

 

Boy, am I lucky!  I love it here with my foster sisters and my foster brother.  Foster dad and mom are really nice to me, too.

I am very good about not going potty in the house and I like my crate that has a nice warm bed and blanket in it.  I also walk very well on a leash and I am very obedient.  And I give lots of soft kisses.

 

I won't be ready to go to a forever home until around the end of March because I have to go through heartworm treatment, but then I will be good to go!! 

 

I will be fully vaccinated, neutered, and on heartworm prevention after my treatment.  Please put my name on an application because I would love to have a forever family waiting for me when I am all better.  You won't be sorry!!
