Mr. Peeps was discovered in a Dallas shelter where he was never claimed by his family.  Their loss we think because this guy is A D O R A B L E !!!  Mr. Peepers, as his foster mom likes to call him because of his big brown peepers, adjusted quickly to the routine in his foster home.   He claimed one of the dog beds for his own and in true dachshund fashion, he loves to be curled up under a blanket on it.  He's bow legged and has the cutest little prance when he walks.  He loves to go outside to patrol the backyard, and enjoys playing with toys too.  He has mastered the doggie door and knows a gentleman always goes outside to take care of business. He doesn't talk very much, but his eyes say everything. He melts you with those big brown peepers.  If you're looking for a low maintenance, easy going man in your life, consider Mr. Peeps.
