Hi, I'm Mikey!! I am a beautiful Red Dapple and everyone tells me I have the most gorgeous eyes. Sometimes my foster mom calls me Pharaoh or Tut! I am very friendly, loving, and I just love to cuddle!!! Going outside with my friends is fun as long as there is something to do or chase, but I prefer snuggling in your lap or playing with my toys. I just love napping on a soft pillow, snuggling in a blanket, or a cozy doggie bed. I can sleep in my crate just fine, but I like it best to sleep in the big bed at night with everyone else under the covers. I am the best foot warmer on a cold night! I am housetrained and love doggie doors. I adore walks (I will help you hold my leash!!) and nibbling on a nice rawhide. My foster mom says I am a very good boy and I get along with other dogs just fine. I am so happy to have been rescued from the street. Please consider taking me home. I am such a sweet and handsome fellow and I promise to love and cuddling with you and making you all mine.

Mr Mikey prefers a low key home with no stairs due to a past back-related condition that is currently resolved, but should be monitored for reoccurrence. A retired couple or empty-nesters would be perfect for him. He is friendly with other dogs and enjoys a bit of play now and then between naps and snuggling. He just loves his daily walk and would go twice a day if you will take him. Mikey is a very lovable, handsome little man who is waiting for just the right home. Maybe it is with YOU!
