Skittles is tiny, about 9 lbs. black/tan, smooth coat, spayed girl. She would be a great companion for a family's current dachshund since she doesn't have an alpha personality. She loves to play, but isn't hyper and isn't a chewer. She enjoys lap time, and when petted closes her eyes. Sweet, huh? She is perfectly housetrained, and uses a doggie door. She plays well with other small dogs, even if they aren't dachshunds. Skittles is a happy dog who doesn't demand attention, and always wants to please. She is learning to retrieve a ball and enjoys "find it" games. She's only about a year old, so you should hurry and apply to adopt her!  Skittles would love to be adopted to a home with another doxie to play with.
