Ruby is an exceptionally beautiful and graceful standard female. She was surrendered from a breeder and was three years old in November. She was a bit timid when she came into foster care as she wasn't used to living in a house. Well, that certainly has changed! She enjoys being around her humans all the time and she has learned the ropes of becoming an inside dog. She does very well with her foster brothers and sisters and seems to love everyone she meets. Ruby has become a little snuggle girl! She loves to give kisses and fall asleep on a warm lap while watching tv. She absolutely loves sleeping in the big bed at night and she insists on it! She is potty trained and crate trained during the day.

Ruby MUST have a fenced yard as she longs to be outside running around. On the weekends when her foster parents are home, she will sun herself for hours. She also loves chasing squirrels. She is a caretaker and grooms the other dogs in the house. She will need a dog buddy of any breed. The pictures of Ruby do not do her justice. She is a very dark red color and is a show quality dog. She has a very long, muscular body and has the perfect dachshund legs. This is one gorgeous dog and she deserves a very special home with a yard to roam around & explore.
