Update:  Cody is doing great and putting on some weight slowly but surely!  He loves to eat!  Stay tuned for more on this adorable guy and his journey back to health!  

Cody is a gentle soul that was picked up as a stray in West Houston.  He is one of the most precious guys you could ever hope to meet and inspite of his circumstances has a great personality and generous nature.  Cody weighs only 7.8 pounds on a frame for a 14 - 15 pound dog.  We'll never know how he got in such horrific shape or who let him become so starved or High Heartworm positive but you can be sure they don't deserve the love and loyalty of this great dog!  Stay tuned as we begin the long journal to better health!
